Robert Lee McCall (1896-1989) – WW1 Draft Card
I was pretty excited to come across my Great Grandfather’s WW1 Draft Card. His eldest son Tommy Lee McCall was actually killed while serving in the Navy in a boiler explosion. The McCall’s have a long history of serving their country.

What’s great about the back of the card is it describes his height, build and eye color. Unlike Bob, I’ve found this a very interesting tidbit for those members of the family I’ve never met.
